PGA provides tuition sponsorships on a first-come-first-served, need basis. If your pretty girl wants to be a part of our program but needs help financially, please fill out this form. This year we will only award partial sponsorships which will pay for half of the tuition. The mentees’ families must provide the remaining balance.

Terms & Conditions

If your daughter is selected for a sponsorship she is agreeing to complete the PGA season in its entirety. Failure to complete the entire year will result in parents providing PGA with the full payment. The sponsorship is not reoccurring and only applies to the requested year.
